Recipe: Green Smoothie

Seriously, who doesn’t like smoothies? They’re healthy and nutritious, easy to grab on the go and the perfect afternoon pick me up. Plus it’s a sneaky and easy way to incorporate more greens into your day. We love smoothies, especially green smoothies and we even love them more when they are sweet and filling like this one.
Here’s one of our go-to recipes for the perfect green smoothie.

You will need:
5-6 Ripe Bananas (soft and spotty!)
1-2 cup frozen Mango
approx. 3 tablespoons of Coconut sugar
for more sweetness: add 2-3 pitted dates
2 cups of fresh baby spinach (lately we’ve been using baby kale too)
Coconut water (Tab water will do too)

Put everything in your high speed blender, mix it up and voilà, your perfect green, sweet smoothie is ready to be devoured. Enjoy!
